Buzzin e Zaitoon is an extra virgin olive oil pressed from wild olives gathered in the mountains of Balochistan. These are not cultivated groves. The trees grow on their own, and the fruit is picked by hand.
The olives go through a single cold press and nothing else. No chemicals, no heating, no refining. Only the first press is bottled, which is what makes it extra virgin.
The result is golden green in the bottle, with a distinctive peppery finish that catches at the back of the throat, the mark of a fresh, unrefined oil.
Use it as a finishing oil: over salads, drizzled on bread, stirred through soups, or spooned over grilled vegetables just before serving. Store away from heat and direct light.
Available in 225 ml and a 225 ml twin pack.
