Bairy Nectar comes from the nectar of wild Sidr trees, known locally as beri. Sidr is among the rarest and most sought-after honeys in the world because wild Sidr flowers for only a short window each year, and the trees are not cultivated. That scarcity, along with its distinctive taste and lingering aroma, is what makes it the most prized honey in our range.
Bairy Nectar was rated Best in the World at FoodEx 2016 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
We offer Bairy Nectar raw and cold-extracted, with nothing added and nothing taken out: no sugar, no glucose syrup, no heating. Just honey the way the bees made it.
A honey this distinctive is best appreciated on its own, taken by the spoon, or alongside dates and nuts. It is also a natural choice for gifting.
All natural honey crystallises over time, especially at cooler temperatures. This is completely normal and a sign that your honey is pure and unprocessed. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes.
Available in 250 GM, 500 GM and a 500 GM twin pack.
