Herbalicious Ajwain is a single-origin honey, produced when bees forage on the flowers of ajwain (carom) plants. The nectar from these flowers gives the honey its distinctive warm, herbal character and a gently spiced aroma that sets it apart from ordinary blossom honey.

Harvested from the hills of Swat, Herbalicious Ajwain is light golden in colour with a mild herbal sweetness and a pleasant, lingering aroma. It works beautifully stirred into warm water or tea, drizzled over toast or yoghurt, or simply taken by the spoon.
All natural honey crystallises over time, especially at cooler temperatures. This is completely normal and a sign that your honey is pure and unprocessed. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes.
